These terms apply to everyone who uses our website, thecbdshop.co.uk. When you buy from us, our Terms & Conditions also apply. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Using Our Website

Our website is for adults: you must be 18 or over to buy from us. Please use it lawfully, and don't:

• try to get into parts of the site, accounts or systems that aren't yours;
• upload or send anything harmful, such as viruses;
• copy large parts of the site, or collect information from it with automated tools, without our permission;
• use the site to harass anyone, or to send anything unlawful or misleading.

We may suspend or close an account, or stop someone using the site, if they break these rules.

We try to keep the site available and the information on it accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or complete. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at help@thecbdshop.co.uk.

Your Account

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from its Profile page; our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you do.

Our Content

The words, photos, designs and logos on our website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to view, download and print them for your own personal use, but not to use them commercially or republish them without our written permission.

Our product pages, guides and Journal articles are general information about our products and about CBD. They're not medical advice: please read our Medical Disclaimer.

Our Chat Assistant

Our chat is an automated assistant, not a person. It can help you find a product, check an order and answer questions about delivery, returns and offers, and it passes anything else to our team by email. It can't give medical advice. We work hard to keep its answers right, but if anything it says differs from our product pages, our policies or the emails about your order, those are what count. Please don't type card details or passwords into the chat.

Reviews and Comments

If you write a review or send us comments:

• they must be your own honest experience of a product you've bought, or of our service;
• they mustn't be offensive or unlawful, or include anyone's personal details;
• you must not be paid, or offered anything, for writing them.

You keep ownership of what you write, but you let us publish it on our website, with the name you choose to show, and use it to show what customers think of us. We check reviews before they're published. Our page How We Show Reviews explains which reviews we show and why.

Links to Other Websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Trustpilot, Royal Mail and Viva. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information, so please read their own terms and privacy policies.

Our Responsibility to You

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll publish the new version here, with the date it takes effect.

The Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
