Suggested Use:
It is recommended starting with two daily dosages; one 0.25ml serving in the morning, and another in the evening. Place under the tongue and leave for 1-2 minutes for absorption. Adjust as desired based on personal preference. Do not exceed 70mg CBD per day. Each 0.25ml dosage is = 4.2mg of CBD. The recommended daily serving is 0.5ml = 20mg for 1200mg bottles, and 4.2mg for 500mg bottles of CBD. Each bottle contains around 120 0.25ml dosages.
