Instructions: Each box contains 7 x CBD suppositories. Refrigerate before using. Use good hygiene and wash your hands before and after inserting your suppository. To insert, remove the CBD suppository from the plastic shell, then apply a light coating of water-based lubricant to the suppository before insertion. For rectal insertion, insert the suppository past the sphincter muscle. Try to wait 15-20 minutes before bowel movement.
