How to Apply: Once you’ve cleansed your skin, apply the toner onto a cotton pad (or Poko’s Reusable Cotton Pad as it is kinder to your skin and the environment). Then, sweep the saturated cotton pad over your skin, avoiding the delicate under-eye area, and your lips (Don’t forget your chin and neck).
