Dosage: Take 1-3 drops of CBD oil up to 3 times a day. Hold drops under tongue for 1 minute before swallowing. CBD oil can be consumed via oral drops and should be taken under the tongue. This helps to increase absorption of the cannabidiol into the bloodstream. Shake the CBD oil bottle well before use.

Do not exceed the daily dosage of 70mg CBD. Food supplements shot not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
